Our hearts are with the people around the world who have been affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. We wish to let you all know that JMC is continuing to support its customers. However, we are now operating a zero contact arrangement within our U.K. production facility. As such we will be keeping our customers and suppliers contact to email, telephone or video calls only until further notice. Our staff are working from home where possible, but it’s business as usual for the production team who are still building quality U.K. made metal and waste recycling equipment. We are continuing to transport equipment both within the UK and overseas, and we’re offering some great deals so keep looking at our Facebook page or contact us for updates.
To avoid unnecessary travel, our service engineers are available support your operations, but only in an emergency. Anything other than an emergency will be dealt with over the telephone or by email. We are still fully operational in our parts department and sending spares out via courier. We have 1.2 million pounds of stock in our warehouse in Nottingham and we will endeavour to fulfil any of your spare part needs.
We wanted to let you know that our Scrap yard is closed for now. We are sorry for any inconvenience but our priority is the well-being of our associates, their families, and of course you, our lovely customers and suppliers.
