The Leviathan has been engineered to deliver trouble-free alloy production at scale.

Molten metal is transferred via a launder into a controlled pouring system, designed to minimise dross formation and ensure consistent, high-quality ingots. The adjustable speed control system allows precise regulation of metal flow, maintaining uniform ingot weight and dimensions even at higher production rates.
