Efficient & Consistent Ingot Production

The Dolphin has been engineered to deliver trouble-free alloy production with consistent, high-quality results.

Molten metal is transferred from the furnace via a launder into a controlled pouring system, designed to minimise dross formation and ensure clean, uniform ingots. Adjustable speed control allows accurate regulation of metal flow, producing consistent ingot weight and dimensions.
