Compact Heavy-Duty Ingot Casting System
At JMC Recycling, we design and manufacture high-quality McIntyre ingot casting machines built for durability, efficiency and real-world performance.

The McIntyre Orca is a compact yet heavy-duty casting system, offering increased capacity and flexibility while maintaining a space-efficient footprint.
Efficient & Controlled Ingot Production
The Orca has been engineered to deliver trouble-free alloy production with consistent, high-quality results.
Molten metal is transferred from the furnace via a launder into a controlled pouring system, designed to minimise dross formation and ensure clean, uniform ingots. Adjustable speed control allows precise regulation of metal flow, producing consistent ingot weight and dimensions.
