Vortex Mobile Oil and Coolant Tool

In Stock

The Vortex Mobile Oil & Coolant Tool provides a flexible solution for efficiently recovering oils, coolant and other fluids from end-of-life vehicles.

Designed to work alongside the Vortex Mobile Fuel Tool, the system can be moved between vehicle lifts and pumps recovered fluids directly to your storage tanks, helping dismantlers create an efficient and cleaner vehicle depollution process.

Key Features
• Mobile design – easily moved between vehicle lifts and working areas
• Simultaneous fluid recovery – double funnel arrangement allows engine and transmission fluids to be recovered at the same time
• Multiple fluid extraction – suitable for oil, coolant, brake fluid and power steering fluid
• Under-bonnet tooling for extracting brake fluid, power steering fluid and coolant from the expansion tank
• Purpose-designed stainless steel coolant tip pierces the bottom of the radiator hose for coolant recovery
• Two double-diaphragm pumps mounted to the mobile jack stand
• Pumps recovered fluids directly to your holding/storage tanks
• Helps reduce the risk of spills, keeping the working area cleaner and safer
• Compatible with Vortex racks and lifts or existing vehicle lifts

Ideal For
Vehicle dismantlers, ELV recycling facilities and scrapyards looking for a mobile solution for recovering multiple vehicle fluids without installing a dedicated drainage system at every lift.

Why Choose the Vortex Mobile Oil & Coolant Tool?
The system allows dismantlers to recover several vehicle fluids efficiently from one mobile unit. Its double funnel arrangement enables oil to be drained from the engine and transmission simultaneously, while additional tooling allows other fluids to be extracted as part of the same depollution process.

Build a Complete Mobile Depollution Setup
Combine the Vortex Mobile Oil & Coolant Tool with the Mobile Fuel Tool to create a flexible vehicle depollution system that can operate across multiple lifts within your facility.

I had the pleasure of working with Georgia, Harry and Phillip of JMC while assisting with their exhibition stand at the recent RWM24. Their professionalism and great communication were essential in driving a successful show and I know Phillip enjoyed his Tea :-)

It was a privilege to work with the team at JMC Recycling. All the best. Lee
