The MG Matrix 220 VZT cable granulation system is a complete, patented solution for recycling copper and aluminium cable, radiators, electronic scrap and WEEE.
Designed for higher-volume operations, the 220 VZT processes up to 500–600 kg per hour, delivering consistent throughput and high-quality separation.
Advanced Separation Technology
The 220 VZT features a unique ‘zig-zag’ turbo system, automatically separating thick, rigid cable from fine and household wires. This improves both production efficiency and separation quality, helping maximise recovery.
MG systems are known for producing clean copper granule with minimal plastic contamination, achieving up to 99%+ separation rates.
