The 380ZT cable granulator is built with a strengthened blade mill designed to cope easily with thicker pieces of copper whereas most granulators are design for softer copper found in household and data cables.
Don’t be fooled by the size! Many claim size matters but this machine is just as strong as any non-compact competitor model. In fact, with less individual parts to maintain, you could also argue that there is less to go wrong with it.
This cable granulator has been uniquely designed to process heavy copper and soft copper simultaneously. The heavier material is separated via the zigzag system and released via a separate outlet and is thus prevented from mixing with the lighter materials on the vibrating table.
With a built in turbo this model can process the finest of hair wires, and if you add a compact pre-shredder and magnetic conveyor you can process steel armoured cable as well, and take away any need for manual loading and sorting.
