McIntyre is delighted to have delivered a Bonfiglioli shear – an I-Cut 2000 – to Singletons, a major Manchester-based scrap metal merchant.
This mobile, adjustable vertical shear is a must for metal recyclers who export via container.   It is the most powerful, robust and efficient in its class, designed to cut all types of HMS1 and other types of scrap into marketable lengths with an automatic cycle for rapid throughput of up to 32 metric tons/hour.
It is robust too: its blades have 4 cutting edges, and each lasts an average of 250-300 working hours.
Peter Singleton is really impressed with his new machine. He said, ‘It’s an unbelievable shear, with a really superb performance.’
