High-Capacity Cable Granulation System
The MG Matrix 610 VZT cable granulator is the largest and most advanced system in the MG range, designed for high-volume cable processing and maximum recovery.
Capable of processing up to 2 tonnes per hour, the 610 VZT is ideal for operations handling large volumes of copper and aluminium cable, radiators, circuit boards and WEEE.

The 610 VZT combines high-capacity processing with advanced separation technology, including a zig-zag system that allows mixed materials to be processed together without pre-sorting.
This ensures up to 99% separation of metals from plastics, delivering a clean, high-value end product while maintaining consistent throughput.

Flexible System Design
Unlike smaller compact units, the 610 VZT features a separate granulator (GR system), giving you flexibility to integrate with existing equipment or configure a complete system to suit your operation.
This modular approach makes it ideal for larger installations and tailored processing lines.
