The MG Matrix 150 cable granulation system is a compact, high-performance solution for recovering copper and aluminium from a wide range of materials, including cable, radiators, electronic boards and WEEE.
Ideal for smaller to medium operations, the Matrix 150 delivers reliable throughput and high-quality separation, helping maximise the value of your material.
Efficient & High-Quality Separation
MG granulation systems are known for producing clean copper granule with less than 0.2% plastic contamination, ensuring a high-value end product.
The Matrix 150 uses advanced separation technology to achieve up to 99% metal recovery, while still being capable of processing even the finest wires.

For more complex materials such as car looms and harness wires, we can supply a full solution including a pre-shredder, magnetic separation and dosing system to remove grease and improve separation quality.
