Developed in our own foundry and proven in demanding secondary smelting environments, our systems help metal recyclers, foundries and industrial processors convert scrap into high-value ingots with minimal waste ,giving greater control over one of the most profitable stages of production.<\/p>\n

The McIntyre Dolphin is a compact yet higher-capacity casting system, offering increased output while maintaining a space-efficient footprint.<\/p>\n

Efficient & Consistent Ingot Production<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Dolphin has been engineered to deliver trouble-free alloy production with consistent, high-quality results.<\/p>\n

Molten metal is transferred from the furnace via a launder into a controlled pouring system, designed to minimise dross formation and ensure clean, uniform ingots. Adjustable speed control allows accurate regulation of metal flow, producing consistent ingot weight and dimensions.<\/p>\n
