At JMC Recycling, we design and manufacture high-quality McIntyre ingot casting machines built for durability, efficiency and real-world performance.
Developed in our own foundry and originally engineered for aluminium, our systems are proven in demanding secondary smelting environments. Its controlled pouring system is designed to minimise dross formation while ensuring consistent ingot weight and dimensions. Adjustable speed control allows operators to fine-tune production, improving both efficiency and output quality.
