McIntyre 2035 Baler (USED)

This used scrap metal baler is an affordable machine which matches the performance of much larger balers. Despite its size, the 2035 has a lid shear force of up to 88 tonnes and a platen force of up to 45 tonnes which means it has enough power to bale a range of non ferrous metals. The heavy duty reversible lid shearing blades make light work of oversized materials.  In little more than 30 seconds, the McIntyre 2035 metal baler produces 14″ x 8″ (355mm x 200mm) bales.

The 2035 metal baler has a number of extra features to ensure the longest possible time between services.  So your repair costs are kept to a minimum.  As per all JMC McIntyre balers, the 2035 is lined with hardened wear plates.   Ram rods are chrome plated to ensure maximum service life.

The 2035 metal baler is suitable for a number of different industries including: scrap metal recycling, food manufacturing, product or prototype destruction, aluminium and steel can recycling and waste handling.
